Barrier Spall Liners for vehicles

Developed with U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (U.S. Army TACOM) we have developed a field installable soft spall liner. The development of this product is to increase the protection level for the soldiers from emerging threats.

Barrier Advantages

This soft spall liner can be installed in less than an hour with 2 soldiers. These kits are modular and can be adjusted or designed to fit numerous vehicle variants. This ballistic package has an areal density of 2.9PSF and is covered in a Fire retardant rip stop cover. We currently have 13 sizes that have been assigned National Stock Numbers (NSN); however we can design panels to fit your exact vehicle needs.

Installation

Each kit contains the soft spall liners and attachment mechanisms. Each soft spall liner panel is easily installed utilizing webbing straps with D-rings, cable ties or 550 cord. Numerous grommet and webbing attachment points are accessible on each soft spall liner panel.
